PCB Manufacturing

Manufacture, assembly, programming and test support for boards that need to work in the real world.

Electronic Design & Manufacture

Scoped around the real job, not a generic package.

A PCB only becomes valuable when it can be built repeatedly and verified. Triple R Tech supports PCB manufacturing routes with assembly considerations, programming and test thinking so prototypes and small-to-medium runs are not left as untested green rectangles.

Projects are scoped in plain English: what success looks like, what can wait, and what needs doing first. That keeps budgets honest whether you are launching a first website, replacing a clunky internal tool or proving an electronics concept.

This service commonly includes

  • PCB fabrication coordination
  • Assembly and bill-of-materials readiness
  • Programming and bring-up support
  • Functional test thinking
  • Quality checks against the design intent
  • Feedback into design improvements

PCB Manufacturing questions answered

Answers to questions people usually ask before commissioning the work.

Do you operate a full factory line?

Manufacturing is coordinated through appropriate fabrication and assembly partners while Triple R Tech stays responsible for design intent, programming, testing approach and problem-solving. That model keeps tooling flexible without pretending every project needs the same factory.

Can you assemble and program boards as well as make bare PCBs?

Yes. The useful outcome is usually a populated, programmed, tested board. Bare board supply alone is rarely enough for a product team that needs confidence before the next design decision.

What information do you need for a manufacturing quote?

Typically Gerbers or ODB++ outputs, drill files, stack-up notes, bill of materials, pick-and-place data, quantities, programming files and any test requirements. Incomplete packs slow everything down, so we help tidy the package before it goes out.
