Custom Electronics Design

Bespoke circuit and PCB design shaped around your product constraints.

Electronic Design & Manufacture

Scoped around the real job, not a generic package.

Custom electronics should fit the product, the enclosure, the power budget and the way it will be built. Triple R Tech designs circuits and PCBs with component placement, signal integrity, serviceability and assembly in mind, not just a netlist that works on the bench once.

Projects are scoped in plain English: what success looks like, what can wait, and what needs doing first. That keeps budgets honest whether you are launching a first website, replacing a clunky internal tool or proving an electronics concept.

This service commonly includes

  • Custom circuit design
  • Schematic capture and PCB layout
  • Component selection and alternatives
  • Design for assembly and test
  • Prototype revision support
  • Documentation for manufacture

Custom Electronics Design questions answered

Answers to questions people usually ask before commissioning the work.

How many prototype revisions should I expect?

It depends on novelty and risk. Simple boards may prove out quickly; mixed-signal, tight mechanical or RF-sensitive designs often need iteration. We aim to learn as much as possible from each spin rather than assuming the first board will be perfect.

Can you design a board to fit an existing enclosure?

Yes, within physics and manufacturing limits. Board outline, connector placement, antenna keep-outs and service access all need agreement early. Where the enclosure does not exist yet, light mechanical and jig design support can help the electronics and housing mature together.

Will I own the design files?

Project ownership terms are agreed up front. The normal commercial expectation for bespoke design work is that the client receives the agreed deliverables needed to manufacture and maintain the product. We clarify that in the quotation so there are no surprises.
